Working Agenda for the provisional National Executive of the Circassian Nation in Exile
The following agenda items will be expanded in greater specific detail by the respective Ministries of the National Executive as well as participants of the 1st Annual Circassian National Congress.
1. Form Circassian National Registry
-Issue Indigenous Circassian passports
-Maintain genealogical database
-Issue certificates of birth and marriage and maintain their records
2. Create E-Commerce functionality and content to raise revenue
-Music, video, books, artwork, clothing, merchandise
-Create revenue sharing infrastructure
3. Form Diplomatic Missions at Large within countries hosting Circassian Diaspora
-Develop Mission guidelines and duties
4. Form Circassian Chamber of Commerce
-Legal and financial assistance for Circassian investment projects
-Business incubators
5. Form the key Ministries of the Nation
-Ministries of State, Education, Culture and Heritage, Trade & Industry, Finance and Land & Resources
-Define portfolio and mandate of each Ministry
6. Obtain participation in the annual sessions of the UNPFII
-Develop working knowledge and templates to apply for grants from this organization
7. Gain awareness and access to UN Economic and Social Council
-Via UNPFII
-Directly based on security, economic development, environmental and indigenous issues.
8. Form Diplomatic Mission at Large within the EU.
-Develop diplomatic protocol for Circassian ambassadors
-Locate and acquire a suitable building to house the Mission
-Build relations with key parliamentarians on the basis of European security, economic development, environmental and indigenous issues.
9. Form State Judiciary/High Court of the Nation
-Develop mechanism to select judges
-Define mandate and portfolio for Judiciary
10. Develop national communications agency
-Distributes official messages of National Executive to all Circassian and non-Circassian parties around the world
-Develop working group within Circassia to inform and build good-will and understand of non-Circassians to Circassian cause and issues
11. Develop dates, locations and logistical plans for 1st Annual Circassian National Congress, as well as subsequent meetings
