Article 6
' Every indigenous individual has the right to a nationality. '

Article 9, Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation,
in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.
Article 33, 1. Indigenous peoples have the right to determine their own identity or membership in accordance with their customs and traditions. This does not impair the right of indigenous individuals to obtain citizenship of the States in which they live. 2. Indigenous peoples have the right to determine the structures and to select the membership of their institutions in accordance with their own procedures.'
Article 34 Indigenous peoples have the right to promote, develop and maintain their institutional structures and their distinctive customs, spirituality, traditions, procedures, practices and, in the cases where they exist, juridical systems or customs, in accordance with international human rights standards.
Article 36
1. Indigenous peoples, in particular those divided by international borders, have the right to maintain and develop contacts, relations and cooperation, including activities for spiritual, cultural, political, economic and social purposes, with their own members as well as other peoples across borders. 2. States, in consultation and cooperation with indigenous peoples, shall take effective measures to facilitate the exercise and ensure the implementation of this right.

Mandated by International law and endorsed by the Indigenous Circassian Declaration of 2012, This document confirms indigenous status, giving you immediate access to the remedies contained within the UNDRIP and other international covenants, declarations and treaties that hold special consideration for Indigenous peoples. This is a powerful legal document that establishes and confirms status of Indigenous Nationhood . The issuance of the passport is strictly in line with article 46 of United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

On November 2011 by declaration in the presence of our peers in the most Honourable place of Europe the European Parliament Brussels is where the Indigenous Circassian Nation - a nation In exile declared and reaffirmed their existence and right to self-determination, thus becoming the first body politic of modern time officially representing our endangered indigenous nation in exile

An estimated 90% of the Circassian Nation lives outside the homeland with no proof of ethnic origin. It’s time to reclaim your identity Circassia! Assimilation is cultural and ethnic Genocide. Laws such as the Turkish surname act and the social unrest of the Arab spring have once again stripped and displaced our people of their names and homes. Considering the current and past circumstances and in keeping with international laws, human rights and the mandates within these declarations and covenants and in the interests of peace and good will, The Indigenous Circassian Nation In Exile has issued passports for all Indigenous Circassians. They will be issued to our compatriots who are or have lost their homes, state, ethnicity, culture, heritage or Life. The purpose for the Indigenous Circassian Passport is to assist our people with International identification credentials under the universal human right to travel and The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
